We’re working together with our delivery partners to safely continue delivering products to our Customers.
We are still Dispatching goods in line with our Standard Delivery promise (Same Day Dispatch) and working hard with our Courier Partners to maintain the highest possible service level During this time.
Due to high demand on all UK Couriers at this time we are finding the average delivery time is approx.48 hours from Day of dispatch but this varies across the UK.
We’ve temporarily suspended the Premium delivery services we offer in order to maintain our commitments as best as possible during this time, this applies to Premium Before 12pm and Saturday Deliveries. During these difficult times we would ask you to allow a little extra time for your Delivery to arrive.

We have removed all premium delivery options including Pre 10am, Pre 12 noon and Saturday .
While every effort is being made we anticipate there will be occasions where deliveries are delayed beyond the confirmed delivery dates.
Geographical restrictions still apply - Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and certain mainland post codes are excluded from our Next Day service,
On Delivery of your items our Courier will only ask for your full name and there is no need to Sign for your Delivery in accordance with Corona Virus advice, the courier may take a picture of the goods as delivered for their proof of Delivery.

Please note: Whilst every endeavour is made to get your delivery to you, please do not prebook any installers or tradesman until your whole order has arrived and been checked.
Our couriers do all in their power to deliver on time and on the day requested. However, on rare occasions there can sometimes be traffic or other issues out of our control that may delay the delivery. We ask our customers not to book any trades people until your order has safely arrived and in good condition.
